Take a photo of your pooch! Please see below our guidelines & some examples of what makes a good photo. If you'd like some more guidance, please send us a message on either Instagram or Facebook, or contact us by clicking here.
Image guidelines:
- Photos need to be taken at eye level with your dog's face and neck visible
- Photo resolution: most smartphones are more than good enough, however please remember that screenshots from social media posts tend to lower the resolution - original photos from your phone's camera roll/gallery always work better!
- Bright, consistent lighting is best (either daylight, or a brightly lit room)
- No photo filters please
- No shadows or objects obstructing your pets face or neck
- Please note that any collars/leads etc. will be included in the art you receive
- Only cute dogs allowed! :)
Following these guidelines is a vital step in helping us create you a perfect Pooch Portrait. If your image isn't suitable, we may need to contact you to ask for another image.

- Your full name
- The photo of your pet
- Your pets name (if applicable to the art you've bought)

That's it! Your art will be created, printed, framed and dispatched within two working days (with delivery taking an estimated 3-4 days). Digital products will be delivered to your mailbox within two working days.
